This six-day private trek joins the Knuckles forest with Pekoe Trail stages on the Kandy side of the tea country. You sleep in simple stays between walking days and finish back in Kandy. The starting rate is 450 US dollars. The exact split between ridge days and tea-trail stages is confirmed when you enquire, so the permit dates and Pekoe pass match your week.
The Knuckles half gives you cloud forest, a ridge or a waterfall valley, and the long views toward the fist-shaped peaks. The Pekoe half uses waymarked estate paths, including the country around Hantana, Galaha, and Loolkandura, where Ceylon tea growing took hold. You need the official Pekoe Trail pass for those stages. We tell you which stages are in your week before you pay a deposit, rather than inventing a fixed order that the weather cannot keep.
Note: Pickup in Kandy at 6:30 a.m. Drop-off Kandy, day 6.
Walking days on the Corbett's Gap side of the range, drawn from the Five Peaks, Kotaganga, and forest paths that the permits allow that week. Nights in a cabana or village stay.
Joined stages on the Kandy side of the Pekoe Trail, ending with a return to Kandy. Stage numbers are confirmed in your booking note.

Open in Google MapsNo. Tea-trail days are long but they follow estate paths. The Knuckles days are the steeper ones. We balance the order so you are not on the ridge the morning after the longest stage.
